The methodology of this research is descriptive-survey-correlation and it is aimed at applied research. The population of the research staff of the University of Science and Technology is a high school diploma or higher. The sample size was calculated using the Cochran 270. Sampling in this study was stratified random sampling. Library and field research data were collected in two parts, Walton's QWL model and evaluate the performance of two organizations with a research design was used.         This paper examines the effects of technological variables, including top management support for technology, on the development of technological skills, technological distinctive competencies and organizational learning. It also examines the effects of technological distinctive competencies and organizational learning on organizational innovation. How these variables affect organizational performance. This study was conducted using a descriptive-survey research method with a sample of 30 banks approved by the Central Bank of Iran using a questionnaire and through structural equation method. The results of the research show that: (1) top management support has a positive impact on the development of technology skills, technological distinctive competencies, and organizational learning. (2) Technological distinctive competencies and organizational learning, directly or indirectly through organizational innovation, have a positive impact on organizational performance. It was also confirmed that innovation has a positive impact on organizational performance. Research also has recommendations for business professionals that the creation of merit is complex and a long-term process that should be pursued with the long-term strategy of the company.         The research investigates the effect of organizational processes and culture of organizational learning on organizational performance with the role of the mediator of the dynamic capacity of EPCO. Research type is descriptive. Research population is all employees of EPCO. Research tool is standard questionnaire of Yu Yuan Hung (2010). The results showed that there is significant relationship between the Organizational dynamic capacity and organizational performance. There's significant and positive relationship between Organizational learning culture and Organizational dynamic capacity and Organizational dynamic capacity has the mediator to the relationship between organizational learning culture and organizational performance. But, the organizational learning culture doesn’t have a significant effect on Organizational dynamic capacity and Organizational performance. Finally, Organizational dynamic capacity doesn’t have the mediator role to the relationship between organizational process alignment and organizational performance. Based on research results and verification of positive influence of organization learning culture on organizational dynamic capacity and positive relationship between dynamic capacity and organizational performance, the people in charge could substantially improve the learning level of the company. This improvement first broaden the ability of competitiveness as well as the creativity and innovation, while at the same time it enhances organizational performance by improving competitiveness ability.         Knowledge-based age, in which knowledge, as the most important capital of organizations, requires a different managerial approach to organizational issues and employees. Therefore, influential leaders in the form of a pension will evaluate the amount of production, dissemination, exchange and application of knowledge among their employees in order to achieve organizational goals and improve the performance of the organization. The purpose of this research is to investigate the effect of individual knowledge management and leadership style on organizational performance in Tehran municipality. The research type is descriptive-survey based on the purpose of the research and the method of data collection. The statistical population of this research is directors, advisers and expert experts of the municipality of Tehran in the highest organizational occupation (three categories) in terms of career 14 - 15 - 16 which is equal to 2467 people. The appropriate sample for this study was 332 people based on Cochran's formula. In this research, a questionnaire was used to collect data. In order to fit the conceptual model of research and hypothesis testing, structural equation modeling and LISREL software were used. The results of the research show that the variables of individual knowledge management and leadership style have a significant effect on organizational performance of Tehran municipality; also, the effect of individual knowledge management variable on approved leadership style.         Organizational energy is a renewable resource that is the basis for measuring organizational ‎performance whose its level and intensity can influence on employee performance. The purpose ‎of this study is to identify the factors that inhibits and forces the productive organizational ‎energy in the form of force field analysis. In this study, ‎‏17‏‎ experts of the office of Melli Bank ‎branch affaires were used by qualitative content analysis method. The results of this ‎exploratory study showed that the main factors of driving productive organizational energy ‎included recognition, management support, reward, and trust. The main barriers to productive ‎organizational energy were also cumbersome laws, disorder, lack of resources, and work / life ‎imbalances.         The evaluation of the organizational performance is an important area in management. The significance of the performance evaluation is mainly associated with its necessity for the originations and managers. In other words, if the performance of the organization is not evaluated, its management is hampered. This study aims to examine the relationship between the components of organizational performance evaluation. The research population includes 30 cases chosen from the university lecturers and the elite in the fields of organizational performance evaluation, supply chain, logistics and support. The sample size was determined using the census approach. The research method was descriptive and correlational, and a self-constructed questionnaire—using the Delphi method— was used to collect the data. The validity and reliability of the scale were reported as 0.96 and 0.91, respectively. The obtained data were analyzed using both descriptive and inferential statistics in the form of tables and figures. The data were analyzed by Smart PLS and Structural Equation Modeling. Attempts were made to examine all the factors affecting the logistic organizational performance. Therefore, six main factors and 30 minor factors in the form of 101 items were examined. The results showed that infrastructure and input, growth and learning, results and consequences, stakeholders’ satisfaction, finance and procedures were confirmed as main factors of logistic organizational performance evaluation. The model was also reported powerful according to goodness of fit indices. Manuscript profile

        The Social Security Administration, as the largest provider of social security in the country, is constantly interacting with the internal and external environment. Therefore, understanding this process leads to a kind of programming based on a realistic view of the dimensions of organizational performance. The purpose of the present study is to provide a structural model of organizational performance dimensions based on environmental changes and opportunities, threats and weaknesses in the organization. This research is based on data type, quantitative and purpose, applied research and method, descriptive correlation and specifically structural equation model. The statistical population of the present study are experts of the Social Security Organization with 13 people and the employees were selected according to the 9 variables observed in the model. Allocation of coefficient 30 with more than 300 estimates in a simple random method was done with equal chance. SPSS software analysis methods and statistical tools have been used to analyze the research data. The results show that the paths of opportunities, strengths, weaknesses and threats have a significant and direct effect on organizational performance and also the values obtained from the coefficient of determination indicate a significant level of effect, which has the greatest effect on strengths and the least effect.         Objective: The research is to broaden the knowledge about the relationship between management control systems and the organization’s strategies in order to design more effective control systems. Since in the current study, the strategy conceptualization is formed in the organizational capabilities’ level –not in the level of strategic choices- the main purpose of the research is to identify suitable control systems for dynamic capabilities development. Methodology: Regarding to the main purpose of the study, positivist paradigm, in general, and the contingent approach, in particular, are used and the cross-sectional survey research strategy is developed to examine the relationship between strategy and control system. Findings: The results showed that in dynamic environments, the relational control systems have a positive relationship with organizational dynamic capabilities, organizational capabilities and organizational performance. Moreover, the dynamic tension resulting from simultaneously and equally diagnostic and interactive usage of control systems in dynamic environments has a significant positive relationship with organizational dynamic capabilities, organizational capabilities and organizational performance. Additionally, control system via dynamic capabilities has an effect on formation and development of organizational capabilities and the system could modify the organizational performance through the processes of dynamic capabilities and organizational capabilities development Manuscript profile
